Some people have become famous for their strange ability to predict the future, leaving many both surprised and scared by how accurate they are. From Nostradamus to Baba Vanga, the world has heard stories of mystics whose predictions have come true.
According to a report by TOI, many of the dreams Tatsuki wrote about have come true. That’s why people are now taking her latest warning very seriously.
One of her first known predictions was in 1991, when she dreamed about Freddie Mercury, the lead singer of Queen. A few months later, he passed away due to AIDS-related illness.
In 1995, she predicted a massive earthquake in Kobe, Japan. Sadly, this came true and killed more than 6,000 people.
Her most well-known prediction, though, came in 2011. She had written that a huge disaster would strike in March 2011. That turned out to be the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, which also caused the Fukushima nuclear crisis.
Tatsuki now says she has seen a dream of an even bigger disaster, a mega-tsunami that could hit Japan and nearby countries in July 2025.
She described the sea south of Japan as “boiling” with big bubbles, which she believes could be a sign of an underwater volcanic explosion. She thinks this could cause a tsunami three times larger than the one in 2011.
Countries like the Philippines, Taiwan, Indonesia, and parts of Japan’s coastline could be affected.
In her dream, she saw the centre of the disaster in a diamond-shaped area that links Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, and the Northern Mariana Islands. She also saw two dragon-like shapes heading toward this area — and later noticed similar shapes on underwater maps near Hawaii.
Right now, there’s no scientific evidence of such a tsunami happening this year. But scientists do agree that Japan lies in a very risky zone, the Pacific Ring of Fire. Earthquakes and tsunamis are common here.
One area of concern is the Nankai Trough, where a major earthquake could cause a tsunami over 30 metres high — similar to Tatsuki’s prediction.
